Its located just off Columbia road and Brick lane on a quiet street. There are pubs, bars, restaurants and shops all 5 mins walking from the house.
The house has a big kitchen with gas hobs, 2 ovens, fridge freezer and a washer/dryer.
The sitting room is good size with 2 sofas and a dining table. We have a great garden for the warmer days with bbq and seating.
The 2 other housemates are 23 and 30 professional women in Fashion and the wine trade.
You will need to go on the lease so a few standard references will be needed.
We also have a cute cat called Marcel.
