Large furnished double room, ideally sized for a couple, in a 4 bedroom house share in the heart of Shoreditch. £820 plus bills (usually no more than £80 a month) and available from mid June (flexible).

The House
The house is a 4 bedroom terraced house set across 3 floors with a large open plan lounge area, reasonable sized kitchen with all necessary appliances (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, induction hob) and 2 bathrooms. The layout is one bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms and other bathroom on the first floor, with the final two bedrooms on the top floor, one of which is the available room. There is also a fair sized courtyard garden set at the back of the house with outdoor seating, BBQ and planter beds if you fancy planting some veggies!

Location
The house has a brilliant location right in the heart of Shoreditch and is only a 2 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street, Brick Lane and Colombia Road. Despite this, it is set on a residential street and therefore has minimal traffic and noise passing through.

There are also excellent travel links all around, with Shoreditch High Street Overground station only a 5 minute walk away, Old Street tube station a 10 minute walk, and bus stops at the end of our road accessing all parts of London.

The Room
The available room is a large double room which is fully furnished with a regular double bed, three sets of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. With it being set on the top floor and having large windows it is also very well lit and airy.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing the house with a very social bunch; Jimmy & Jordan, a couple from Australia, and finally George from Manchester. We are also looking to fill the fourth room with either a couple or single so if you are looking to move with people you know, get in touch. They are all young professionals in varying jobs, and get on brilliantly well spending plenty of time together in the lounge, garden, and out exploring London or having social drinks. They all also respect each other’s space and with the house being the size it is there is never a case of people getting on top of each other.
