Hi! I have an en-suite double room located a minute walk from Old Street, and less than 10 minutes to City and Shoreditch High Street— an amazing location if you want to walk or cycle to work! The building has an elevator, concierge, and cycle storage.

The flat has all the essentials— dishwasher, washer AND dryer, built in speakers, and my very friendly cat, Mr. Pink. The space comes furnished. It gets generous light and is incredibly quiet. The room itself has a beautifully finished bathroom and loads of storage, plus room for a desk.

Moving in— my flatmate unfortunately has to leave due to unforeseen circumstances, but as a result we can be incredibly flexible on move in date. Anything from immediately till end of August would be workable.

About me: I am a 24 yo American working in sustainable finance. Outside of the generic travel/culture/beer, I enjoy the arts, as well as yoga, running and playing lacrosse. I’m generally very social and am happy to be friends and gou out with my flatmate, but keep the flat quiet during the week and generally tidy.
