We have a lovely 3 bed top floor (3rd and 4th floor) 1930s maisonette just off Pritchards Road with a large double room available for rent. The flat has a live in landlady.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- An easy-going, friendly professional or Student. Someone that we get along with.
- Someone who doesn’t work from home (the odd day is fine).
- We are looking for someone who likes a home vibe, is easy going, quiet, kind, calm soul.
- We want to continue our vibe of living in a comfortable, relaxing and friendly quiet home.
- Move in date 23 March 2026

RENT:
£850.00 PCM Inc bills.
- We have a basic cleaning rota we all partake in for the main areas :)

THE ROOM
1x double room for rent in a sunny maisonette just off Hackney Road. The room has one window and comes furnished with a double bed, a cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, chair and 2 shelves. The room is not en-suite.

THE FLAT
Is in a 1930's block, full of questionable art work, homely with a large South facing living room with two sofas and separate kitchen with comfy chair and kitchen table.
We have the usual mod cons and some more retro aspects including:
High speed broadband, dishwasher :) utility room with a big fridge freezer, washing machine and big food storage space.
DVD player and DVD's!
CD player and CD's!
A working Breville Toaster from the 1970's
The bathroom is perfectly functional and clean just not terribly beautiful!

CURRENT HOUSEHOLD
A creative, eclectic but clean household with a live in landlady working freelance in the film industry and an English Teacher.

We are very respectful of one another’s time-out and own space. This is a calm space and not a party house.

TRANSPORT LINKS:
Hoxton 10 mins walk. Cambridge Heath 5 mins walk, London Fields and Bethnal Green stations are all within 15 minutes walk. Liverpool St Station and Shoreditch station are both a short walk away (25 mins walk to Liverpool Street) and we have the 26 and 55 bus running up and down Hackney Road.
The 388 runs along Cambridge Heath Road to Liverpool Street & London Bridge.

We are next to Hackney City Farm and Haggerston Park, 5 mins walk to Broadway Market and 7 mins walk to Columbia Road Flower Market. Regents Canal is 5 mins away and Victoria Park is 15 mins walk along the canal.
