Stop looking! You have just found your dream place. This super big HOUSE (not flat) of no less than 4 floors is located at the heart of Shoreditch. The house has 3 bedrooms in total and 1 of them, located on the last floor of the house, is going to be available on the 1st January. The street of the house is the next parallel street to Brick Lane. Location is perfect: close enough to enjoy the area but far enough to have a perfect quiet environment.
Some numbers:
**6 min walk to Shoreditch Hight Street Station.
**2 min walk to the bus number 8 - Brick lane stop. (The 8 crosses over all London!).
**15 min walk to Liverpool Street Station
**20 min walk to Old Street Station
**15 min walk to Benthnal Green Station

The house is super big and modern (has been built 3 years ago and we are one of the first tenants living in it) and has got a wonderful open kitchen with a skylight ceiling and a warm living room. Very bright, big, comfy and full of plants. I have decorated and furnished the place myself so yes it’s very cosy and really nice!! :-)

We also have a common basement that I use personally for my workouts and fitness sessions as I lift weights 5x a week. This extra space is also our home cinema from time to time and it can even be your office if you want to work there during the day (WFH right?). It is a life saviour during lockdown as we also turn it into a cool place to have drinks sometimes and boardgames nights together. I mean it’s really big so we can do many things in it!

About the available bedroom:
- rent is £1055 (without bills). It has its own balcony with view on City (you can see the top of the Shard and 2/3 of the Gherkin. It’s a real plus in London!

You will share the bathroom only with the one another housemate because I have my own en-suite.

About me: I am a 31 years old French professional working as an account director in a well known Fintech. I am based in City but will be working from home until March probably. Love working out and eating healthy but definitely will enjoy some good cheese and wine from time to time.

Peter, your other future flatmate is a 27 years old Australian super chilled guy working in Finance. He is easy going and super friendly! He literally never complains haha! Plus, he is also into wine and food like me :-) ! He is very respectful and was a perfect addition to the household. I am happy I have welcomed him last September.

If you are looking for a spacious, peaceful and quiet place to work from home, chill, live but also get new “housefriends”, you have just found it!

I must tell you though that it’s **not** meant to be a loud party house. That said, we are definitely willing to share drinks and food together, we often plan having drinks and dinners together as we really are friends. This is the spirit of the house.

Overall, I really am looking for a respectful, “clean”, chilled and easy going housemate. It is all the more important now that we all work from home full time. I think it is Important to respect each others intimacy and space but also be sociable when we want to regroup.

2. Utility Bills for all electricity and hot water are around £35 per person. (Maybe a bit more with WFH as we’re way more inside) £40/45)
