Great flat in Shoreditch room available

Hi there,

The room is a double bed in a great location a minute away from Dishoom, Boxpark and the Shoreditch band stand, 5 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street and 10 to Liverpool Street Station.

We have a Tesco express within 2 minutes walk and a Sainsbury's within 5 minutes walk. Bus links are great but you'll hardly need them when you live this central / you can always cycle :D

The room comes with a double bed, a bedside stand and a built in wardrobe ad there's extra space in the hallway for a clothes hanger.

Current Tenants:

An Italian chef working in a Michelin star restaurant who enjoys having a punk IPA in the evenings (busy work schedule). A Jordanian structural engineer (me) who enjoys working on bikes, drumming and drawing. Also loves a punk IPA in the evening. A student couple from Czech Republic and the Bahamas who love games, watching movies and rum. Our last flatmate is Keana the cat, therefore we won't be taking anyone with pets. Keana can be seen walking around the flat but she generally sticks to her room and comes out when we're cooking in the kitchen.

We're quite chill as a flat, we like keeping public spaces clean and tidy by washing up after cooking, taking out the trash/recycling when they're full and rinsing the shower after using. Every now and then we enjoy a game night together and we like chatting while cooking or bumping into each other during the day.

You:

You should be clean, friendly and social. We don't want a hermit we never see but also someone who respects personal space (I know everyone says that but it's just common sense).

Rent/Bills:

The rent is £695 including council tax
Bills come up to about £30 a month (including WiFi) - depends on gas and electricity usage
Deposit is £620
