I’m sadly leaving my flat and lovely flatmates to move in with my boyfriend, so now scouting for the perfect substitute to maintain the homely atmosphere we created. The boys would prefer to have a female flatmate to keep the gender balance, so sorry lads!

The apartment is located in the very heart of Shoreditch, in a quiet inner street far from the noise of the main streets. The spot is great, with all kinds of amenities around (local pubs, hipster cafeterias, grocery stores, you name it). It’s a stone’s throw away from Columbia Flower Market and perfectly connected with the rest of the city: 3’ from Shoreditch High Street Overground, 10’ from Liverpool Street Station, with plenty of buses and Boris bikes around.
East London will be at your fingertip (Dalston, London Fields, and Hackney all within a 20’ walk), whilst being relatively central and able to get around quickly.

The room comes fully furnished with all the perks: ensuite with shower, double bed, plenty of storage, big window that makes the place bright all day long and space for a desk too, which in covid times is kind of an essential. The apartment has been recently renovated and it looks even better than in the photos. It’s big and very bright, with tall windows, wooden floors, and includes a large cozy living room, an open kitchen, dishwasher, all the mod cons, and extra storage too.

You will be living with Alberto (27) and Matt (29). The guys are both working in the beer industry and are both extremely fun and sociable. We enjoy cooking dinners together, spinning tunes, and watching movies, all the normal stuff really. We like to have friends over and do things together, but we’re also respectful of our own spaces too.

The boys are looking for someone sociable, tidy, up for a laugh, and that wants to call this place home.
