2-3 Month Sublet with Cat

Start date is flexible any time March/April. We are looking for someone to sublet our flat with our friendly cat, Sonny.

This bright spacious flat in the heart of Shoreditch, central London, has 9 extra large picture windows, a large full bathroom with tub and shower, and all modern amenities. It is full of light, and exposed brick, with a whiteboard wall as well.

The price includes all bills, with super fast 1gb fibre broadband from G Network.

We have a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioner, central heating, air purifier, oven with gas hob, and wifi lights. We can set up 1 or 2 home office spaces (pictures show 1). The bedroom has a King-sized bed with luxurious bedding and remote controlled black out blinds.

We have a friendly, chilled cat named Sonny who is low maintenance (even his litter box is self cleaning). He loves company (we can arrange cat sitters if you are going away for a couple nights). He only eats dry food- so there's no smelly wet food! He loves to cuddle, play, and look adorable.

Our kitchen is very well-equipped and we have a large dining table that seats 8. We have some awesome pieces of local art. The living room has a hanging chair and 2 sofas which each convert to double beds.
