Spacious bedroom with balcony in Shoreditch

The bedroom. Really spacious!

Hi, Mette and Sarah here!

We are looking for a third housemate to move into our three bedroom flat located in Shoreditch between Columbia Road and Brick Lane. The move in date is 10th June earliest, and ideally prior to or on the 24th June.
The bedroom is partially furnished with one double bed and one wardrobe. (Chest of drawers, adjustable desk, and nightstand are being sold by previous tenant. Please enquire if interested!) The room is really spacious with huge windows leading directly out to a balcony with a gorgeous view of the city. The flat is high up with a staircase and two lifts.

The rent is £966 per month. Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband) are around £85-£100 a month, depending on the season. The deposit is one month's rent. We'll split the admin fee for the name change on the contract, which has previously been £12,50 each and we are expecting a similar amount now.

You'll be living with Sarah (30) and Mette (29). We are both self employed creatives (actors and dancers) with multiple jobs - no week looks the same. Sometimes we work from home. We love to enjoy quiet downtime together, but also the occasional night out! It is very important to us to keep the flat clean and tidy, so we hope you'll join us in making it a nice and cozy home!
The flat is intimate with no living room, so we will be in close proximity to each other, making it even more important to be kind and considerate of each other and the space. We hope to find not just a flatmate, but also a friend. We met via Spareroom just under three years ago and are now really close! We like to hang out in the kitchen or each other's rooms chatting over a cup of tea, doing crafts or watching films. Occasionally we go to a local pub or the Columbia Flower Market, the gym, the cinema and the theatre.
