Spacious flat on Arnold Circus

Hi, pals. I'm moving to Amsterdam and leaving behind my lovely (and huge) Arnold Circus flat, and equally lovely housemate Sera.

Our tenancy ends on 4th January 2023, hence the 5-month minimum tenancy. Sera will likely leave once the tenancy is up (but this is not yet confirmed) — if so, you'd be welcome to take over the tenancy afterward and fill the other room.

The room I'm leaving is the smaller of two (hence the slightly lower price) but is still big enough to fit a double bed, multiple units, and a wardrobe. There's also a tonne of storage space around the flat and the living room fits a desk/ has shelves for books and the likes.

Bills usually come to around 125 per month, variable thanks to infl*tion.
