Short-term En-suite in prestigious loft Old Street

Hi there!

We are looking for a female flatmate for our (2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms) loft in a beautiful, private and safe, unique converted historic building in Hoxton/Shoreditch.

The available bedroom is furnished with, a double bed, 2 big closets, and has its bathroom (with shower). The bedroom is comfy and can replace the chest of drawers with a desk if you need it.

Shared kitchen/living open space with a high ceiling, two sofas, marble table and tons of plants!

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The shared mezzanine (which overlooks the living room) has two office desks to be shared.

The other bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.

The garden is outside the building which is part of a public park but you also have some private areas inside the building.

The location of the loft is the best.
The building is gated and situated in a park (so it's really quiet), but it's also close to public transport (7 mins walk to Old Street station) and walking distance to Shoreditch, Hoxton and Dalston and its restaurants and shops. The flat is also close to Shoreditch park (5 mins), Regent's canal (10 mins), or London fields (20 mins) for outdoors activities.

We are looking for someone to move in the beginning of August (short-term preferred but to be discussed), and who isn't working from home everyday ☺️
We also travel frequently and sometimes not at home for weeks.
