Large Ensuite in a duplex appartment in Shoreditch

[3-MONTH LET ONLY! FROM FEBRUARY 23RD]

Hi There!

I'm going away on a sabbatical from work for 3 months and looking to sublet my room while I'm away.

I'm ideally looking for someone to take the room for the FULL DURATION of my trip : Feb 23rd - May 22n (+/- 1/2 days), and would love someone great to fit into the house while I'm away :)

**THE BUILDING**
We’re lucky enough to live in a very sociable building with many international young professionals who like to hang out.
We also have a shared patio for when the weather allows it (but also a heater for when it doesn’t!)

It’s located right above a Tesco, but there are 3 other supermarkets less than a 10-minute walk if you’re looking for more variety! We also live less than 5 minutes from Columbia Road for those Sunday strolls on the flower market.

**THE HOUSE**
The house is a 2-storey modern & spacious apartment located in the heart of Shoreditch.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 ensuite. (The room being let is the ensuite)

We have a lovely living space with a projector, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, plants and little fishies

**THE BEDROOM**
All bedrooms are on the second floor. It's a double bedroom with a desk and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a private balcony. It gives onto an internal patio which is very quiet

**THE HOUSEMATES**
You'll be sharing the flat with 2 girls:
- Jess (French/English, 27, works in fintech) which you'll probably find rock climbing (or travelling)
- Mara (Belgian, 27, studying for her PhD) is thinking about the next think she's going to bake
(and they have other exciting personality traits!)

Everybody usually does their own thing & is often travelling - but are all good friends and it's important we find someone who vibes with the house

We often spend chilled evenings together, cook, watch movies. We also like to throw the odd party & have friends over, have drinks, and go out together so there’s a bit of something for everyone! And of course we live our separate lives :)

We also like to keep the common areas clean & tidy (without being to freakish about it)

**THE BORING STUFF**
Bills usually amount to around £100 per person and that includes gas, electricity, water, internet and a cleaner that comes twice a month
