2 Double Bedrooms in the Heart of Shoreditch

Room 1

Hi there,

We currently have two rooms available in our wonderful houseshare in the heart of Shoreditch. One room (Room 1) is available from the 1st of July and the other (Room 2) from the 1st of August. Both are available until October 1st.

Room 1 (unfurnished) is for our housemate who has moved out so you will be replacing them on the contract and will be required to pay a security deposit.
Move in date : July 1st, 2023
Rent : £870
Furniture staying (although room is unfurnished on contract) : 2 chest of drawers, the wardrobe, curtains, bed, desk chair (not on the pics)

Room 2 (furnished) is for me as a sublet
Sublet dates : August 1st - October 1st.
Rent : £723

Bills usually come to around £100 a month, which includes water, electricity, gas, council tax, internet and a cleaner we have twice a month.

About the house:
Located right in the heart of Shoreditch, this wonderful 4-bedroom house comes fitted with a modest patio garden, two shared bathrooms, a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and oven, as well as a shared living space with a TV and couches. The house itself is a 1 min walk from Brick Lane, 5 mins from Shoreditch High Street Station, and 15 mins from Old Street and Liverpool Street Stations. There are plenty of clubs and bars around, as well as great bakeries, and Columbia Flower Market is only 10 mins away. It's an ideal location for travelling around the city. It's in the heart of Shoreditch but still a few streets away from the hustle and bustle so luckily it's fairly quiet.

About the Housemates:
We are currently 3 housemates. There's me Philipp from Austria and America, I work in admin and events for a university and also do stand-up on the side. I will only be in the house for the month of July for anyone taking Room 1. Then there's Stuart from Australia who's a lawyer, and Charlie who's English and works in video production. We're a really easygoing sociable house that enjoys hanging out but we also have our own personal lives, so ideally looking for someone similar. We are also very clean, not to a neurotic degree but we don't leave dishes lying around and we all clean up after ourselves. If you want to know a bit more about us please feel free to message.

We're ideally hoping to fill Room 1 as soon as possible and will have house viewings next week (w/c 26th of June) so also include your availability when messaging. Just as a comment we won't respond to simple "Is this room available?" messages as we really value our friendly house dynamic so we would need to know a bit about you.
