Very large double bedroom available in the heart of Shoreditch. The flat is a 1 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station (quite literally 50 meters away) and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.

The double bedroom comes with its own wash basin and a large desk.

Little bit about myself:
I'm a 25 year old mechanical engineer from Malaga, Spain. I've been living in the UK for almost a decade, mainly up north in Manchester before relocating to London last summer.

When I'm not working I love playing sports, trying out new activities, eating out and travelling (exploring London + the rest of the UK). I enjoy a trip to the pub but I also understand and respect people having their own lives and the importance of creating a relaxed environment. During the week I like to keep it chilled, either with a good ol' Netflix binge, doing a bit of reading, playing some games or just having a good chat. I am house trained and quite tidy so I'd be looking for someone that appreciates putting in a little bit of effort to make a place look nice.

The flat is fully furnished and managed by a letting agency - so far we haven't had any issues with them, they are attentive and have been very efficient in fixing any issues that have cropped up.

Move-in date is somewhat flexible.
