A cosy single room looking at Arnold Circus with lots of natural light in the heart of Shoreditch. Wooden floors across the entire apartment kept in a great standard.

This is a third floor apartment which features big open plan kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, toaster, etc), spacious living room and a bathroom shared with one other flatmate (the other flatmate has an ensuite room).

You will be sharing the flat with two other flatmates Sahin and Kasia in their late 20s and early 30s. They’re both working professionals with flexible work arrangements (sometimes working from home). They’re very easy to live with and easy going, enjoy hosting dinner parties (a real treat if you’re a foodie) but are also respectful and considerate and they respect privacy and personal space. It’s a lovely flat that we call our home and we do our best to keep it nice and tidy. We’re looking for a person (no couples) who’s tidy, considerate and would keep the place just as clean.

The flat is located seconds away from Brick Lane, Redchurch Street (and iconic Jolene!), Columbia Road flower market, coffee shops, and gyms. This vibrant area offers amazing bars and restaurants but fear not, the flat is located on the quieter street which is hidden away from the bustle of the city.

Walking distance to many stations and minutes away from shops:
Shoreditch High Street station: 4 mins
Liverpool Street station: 15 mins
Old Street station: 14 mins
Plenty of buses around that can take you to Oxford Circus/London Bridge, etc. 24 hours a day
Sainsbury’s local: 4 mins
Tesco Express: 7 mins

Bills come to around £165 a month (including council tax, water, electricity, internet and cleaning common parts every two weeks). The deposit amount is £1166.66, the flat is technically unfurnished per contract, so there's an additional £350 for the furniture in the flat (and the room).
