Looking for a fun and friendly roommate to join our flat.

The room (3.7x3.7) is available, fee includes all bills. It is freshly decorated and comes furnished with a brand new Simba mattress, big wardrobe and a table.
The house as a whole has a very bright and spacious feel. It is on the 2nd & 3rd floor and it faces south and west, meaning it gets plenty of natural light.
The living room has a big south facing window - it feels very light and airy. There are 2 bathrooms: one large bathroom with toilets and another separate toilets.
The kitchen is very specious and well equipped: Microwave, double oven, Dishwasher, Washing maching and Tumble Dryer. The internet is fibre broadband.

Bills includes: Council tax, electricity, water, gas, wi-fi, service charges.
Live TV license is not included as we personally don’t watch those services.
The street is a quiet, pretty residential street. The neighbours are incredibly friendly and there is a strong sense of community. There are several great parks within 5 minutes walk and Regent's Canal is about 10 minutes walk. Columbia Road is at the end of the street - about 2 minutes walk. It's a charming high street full of cafes and independent shops and it hosts a fantastic flower market on Sunday mornings. Multiple supermarkets and plenty of amenities are virtually on the doorstep. The is a PureGym just when you cross the road, and Brittania Leisure Centre (with a pool) is 10 mins walk.

The nearest station is Hoxton overground which is 2 stops to Whitechapel and from there you have the Elizabeth, District and Hammersmith & City lines. Bethnal Green, on the central line, is a 17 minute walk away. It's a short walk into central Shoreditch and the City. There are good bus connections too (lines 55, 149, 26, 243).
