We have a spacious double bedroom available in our iconic flat in the heart of Shoreditch. We are on the fourth floor so high above the street level. Your room has huge double glazed windows overlooking St Leonard’s churchyard and Arnold circus. We have wooden floors and brick walls as well as huge raised ceilings in the lounge.

Flatmates are two lovely lads Jose and Alister, working professionals who always enjoy a chat. Jose is into the gym and salads, Alister is into football and beers! We are looking for another guy in theory but we would consider the right person for the flat!

The flat has chill vibes, and the stairs to the flat will always keep you fit! The flat is around 120 square meters. There are 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath, one fully-equipped kitchen with two fridges, and a big living room.

Deposit: £875
Bills between: £110 in summer and £150 winter.

We clean and maintain the flat ourselves and we'd like someone that's happy to contribute to that and make the place feel like a home. The living room is really spacious and we do like lounging around, as well as going out to socialise and keep fit. The mattress and nearly all furniture in the room can be negotiated to stay with leaving flatmate for a small fee, or can be removed if you prefer.

Being in the middle of Shoreditch you are super close to everything you could want, bars and restaurants wise!
Transport: 15mins to Liverpool Street station, 10mins to Old street, 5mins to Hoxton/ Shoreditch high street Overground.

Landlord is a private one, and very responsive to any issues in the flat.
