My flat mate and I (28 & 31) are looking for someone to take a lovely double room which we will have available from May (for a 1 year contract)!

The area is amazing, with Columbia road and Spitalfields all within a 10 minute walk.

- 3 bed flat in the Shoreditch/Bethnal Green area.
- 5 min walk to Shoreditch High Street overground station
- 12 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station
- 15 min walk to Liverpool Street/Old Street station

Rent = £900 + bills (gas is included in rent, all other bills are additional and currently around £125 each.)

Council Tax Band C .

About us: We are professionals working full time, my flat mate working in finance and myself as an architect. We both work most days in the office and a few from home. It’s a super homely and fun house - we love to eat good food and have nights in watching TV, as well as go out for food/drinks and explore London.

We are looking for someone with similar interests, who is independent but would also like to spend time together sometimes! We are a calm, chilled household and we also all look after the flat and do our bit with the cleaning etc.

Preferably aged 27-35, in full time employment and able to provide a landlord reference!
