Lovely bright double in the heart of Shoreditch

The flat is located in the heart of Shoreditch, part of a beautiful (and hundred-year-old!) estate away from the buzz of the main streets.

You’ll be sharing with two British guys and one French girl who enjoy relaxing at home as much as going out for a walk or checking out art exhibitions.
Everyone is kind of busy living their own lives, but also always happy to have a chat in the kitchen or living room when at home.
In the past, there were occasional hangouts, dinners, games & movie nights at home.

Guests are welcome for a day visit or to stay over, but this is not a party flat.

Everyone pays attention to keep the flat clean and tidy, and a cleaner comes on Thursday morning every two weeks.

The bills are £130/140 max per month. This includes Council Tax, Water, Gas/Electricity, Cleaner, and any additional home expenses. Bills are settled via Splitwise app.

The room is partly furnished. I paid for the wardrobe and desk (bought new or from the previous tenant). I'm selling those for a total of £75.
The bed frame was paid for by the landlord and is less than 2 years old.
