Top floor Shoreditch flat with amazing views

Double bedroom available in large flat in the heart of Shoreditch.

The room is unfurnished, however since I am a long term tenant and have furnished the rest of the flat can be flexible to but furniture.

I am a 31 yo professional, working 4 days a week in the office and wfh on Fridays. I enjoy being relaxed at home, whether it’s watching reality tv and good films, cooking for myself or with friends - often with a glass of wine in hand! I’m very social and often will be out, going to the pub, gigs and love going to the cinema.

I’m looking for a similar paced person, who will respect the flat and keep it clean. I moved into this flat 5 years ago and love it! It’s a great location and given we got a good price 5 years ago, the price is really reasonable compared to other similar properties in the area. Great transport links, with plenty of buses and less than a ten min walk to Old Street, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations.

My current housemate is moving out at the end of the tenancy, which is end of February. She is returning from a holiday 20th January and will have access to the room then. My deadline to find a new housemate is end of January so looking for a quick turnaround!

I am happy and flexible to host viewings of the flat before 20th and the room from then.
