Very spacious double room in Shoreditch

A very large double room available in the heart of Shoreditch. The room is genuinely spacious, with plenty of space for a desk, storage, and more. It comes fully furnished.

The flat has very high ceilings, perfect if you’re into cosy projector movie nights. The living room is spacious and full of plants and art, giving the flat a warm and homely vibe. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a new fridge and oven. The building also has access to a rooftop with great views, ideal for hanging out in the summer.

Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a few minutes from Shoreditch High Street Overground and about 10 minutes from Liverpool Street Station, which connects you pretty much everywhere in London. We’re also a 5-minute walk from Spitalfields, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, cafés, and a couple of green spaces.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two young professionals, one French and one British. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. We enjoy going out for drinks or doing things together occasionally, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and independence.

Bills are approximately £100–160 per month, depending on the season, and include:
