Im Ernesto im 36 🏳️‍🌈 originally from Mexico and run a restaurant (discount perks with me hehe). Im pretty chilled and enjoy running, good chats and occasional drinks. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy and make it feel like a home with a friendly vibe.

Im looking for 2 people who are friendly, clean, considerate and easy going who I can enjoy the flat with and who are up to hanging out now and then but equally happy to live independently and do their own thing. Not looking to turn this into a party flat but do not mind having friends over occasionally.

Room 1 is £1057 pm
Room 2 is £1088 pm
Deposit is £1000 per room that goes to the secure deposit scheme through the agency
- Bills NOT included and are around £200 pm
- Must be able to pass referencing with the agency.

My two current flatmates are moving out at the end of the tenancy so you would be signing a new contract with me. Ideally looking for people who would want to stay long term (minimum is 1 year as per contract)
Move in date is 1st May so looking to get the 2 rooms filled soon so we can sign the new contract together as soon as possible
