Double Room & Private Bathroom in Shoreditch

Unfortunately our friends have split up and are moving out :( so we’re looking for an individual or a couple to take their room!

You’ll be living with myself (Aoife), an Irish software engineer, my boyfriend Alastair, a kiwi in tech sales, and our 7 year old pug Douglas. Dougie’s very chill and is usually sleeping while in the house, although he probably will stare at you while eating and try to sit with you on the couch lol - feel free to tell him to go away. Ali & I mainly work from home (each in the office 1 day a week currently), are pretty sporty, and promise not to stare into your soul while you eat or try to sit on your lap.

The flat is in an amazing, vibrant location and within walking distance to Columbia Road, Shoreditch nightlife, maaaaany different food & coffee spots, brick lane, Spitalfields and all the other good stuff in east London.

Plenty of transport options available nearby also -
10 min walk to Liverpool st
8 mins to Old St
7 mins to Shoreditch high street station (overground)
Heaps of buses

The flat is split across 2 levels, with Ali & I’s bedroom & bathroom downstairs, and the other bedroom, bathroom (exclusively for your use), kitchen & living room upstairs.

The cost of rent, all utilities, council tax & WiFi is fixed at £1518 per month for a couple, or 1477.5 for one person (after adjusting the split of bills between 4 vs 3).
