Double room in Shoreditch

Hi! We’re Nikki (26) and Julie (27); friends (and colleagues), both originally Dutch and working in Finance.
Outside of work, Julie plays hockey, enjoys boxing, and unapologetically loves a classic Love Island in her downtime. Nikki loves to cook and bake (so be prepared for taste tests!). She's also much into reading, enjoys going to the gym, horse riding and skiing.
We’re easy‑going, tidy, and enjoy a good balance between busy work lives and relaxed evenings at home.

We’re looking for a friendly, social roommate who’s keen not just to share a flat, but also to genuinely get along and hopefully become friends. While we both have fairly busy schedules, we’d love to have dinner together or head to the pub or wine bar occasionally when it fits.

ABOUT THE FLAT
We have secured a spacious 3-bed flat in Shoreditch. It's located on the 4th floor, so even though it's next to a busy road, you won't notice much noise. Public transport is very close-by, just as any shops and bars, making it a great place to live!

The room easily fits a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Currently it is furnished, but it can come unfurnished if you wish.
Furthermore, the flat has a bright living room and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher! We will be bringing our own furniture for the living room with us, so that is all taken care of. The bathroom would be shared amongst the three of us.
