The room

We're looking for a friendly flatmate to sublet a large spacious double room for a 12 month period whilst our flatmate is travelling.

About the location:
It's a large double room in a bright, top-floor flat right on Shoreditch High Street. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot! Incredible restaurants, cafés, gyms, bars and shops are all on your doorstep. Plus Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Liverpool Street Station and Old Street are all just a short walk away.

About the room:
The room is furnished including a comfortable king size bed, wifi-connected TV, and workspace (decent sized desk and comfortable chair). There's lots of storage (huge double wardrobe with full length mirror, a chest of draws and storage cupboards either side of the bed), so you will have plenty of room for your own stuff.

About the flat:
- Large spacious double room with plenty of natural light
- Quiet as the room is set back from the high street
- Shared bathroom with two others
- Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with TV
- Top-floor flat with lift access and bike locker
- Large wrap-around terrace with sunset views (great during the summer months)

- Shoreditch High Street Station (Windrush overground line): under 5 min walk
- Liverpool Street Station (Train lines, Elizabeth Line, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City Line, Weaver overground line: 10 min walk
- Old Street (Northern Line): 10 min walk

Dates:
We're looking for someone to sublet for 12 month period whilst our flat mate (female) is travelling.

Move in date end May or very beginning June 2026. 12 month sublet.

Price:
£1275 pcm (including all bills). This also includes a fortnightly cleaner that does all the rooms. This is a great deal for the location and our flat mate has been great at negotiating to keep the rent down over the years.

About your flatmates:
Your three lovely flatmates are in their mid 20s-30s:
- Luke (male), Software developer from Malta
- Jo (female), Pharmaceutical consultant from Belgium
- Louis (male), Wedding photographer from UK

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces and a good communicator. We’re all friendly and have our own busy schedules, so the flat is usually pretty quiet. It's not a party house but it would be great to have someone who’s up for a chat or a drink now and then.
