This is a cute and colourful 2 bed, 1 bath unit in a FAB location in Shoreditch with 1 bedroom to rent!

You’ll be living with me- a 31 year old Aussie girl who loves a chat, a girl dinner, walking, adventuring and a cheeky end of week wine. I like to keep busy and live a relatively social life- out and about 3/4 nights a week. Although I don’t need to be best friends with my housemate (but also totally a bonus!) I’m hoping my new housemate will be keen to cook dinner together every now and then, and veg out on the lounge for a trashy romcom.

The place comes fully furnished, including with coat hangers and linen if desired, which means you’re ready to move in and LIVE- just bring your suitcases!

The room is a double room, however is small. It has good under bed storage and a very big double, mirrored wardrobe with ample hanging space. We have electric fans for each bedroom, which are a godsend in the warmer months.

The unit is on the 3rd floor or a four storey building, so unfortunately there are some steps to climb before you get here.

The building entry is quite secure, with a PIN code to enter from the street.
There’s a bike storage room downstairs if you cycle too.

The flat is a 1 minute walk from bus routes 26 and 55, a 7 minute walk to Hoxton overground, and a 15 minute walk to Old Street and Liverpool Street tube stations.
