About the flat
🍀 We are lucky enough to have a beautiful lounge and balcony, separate to the kitchen. I am hoping to cultivate more plants on the balcony, but there is already a lovely green area to enjoy outside.
🎉 The lounge is a great space to host small gatherings or parties. The table can fit anything from 6 to 14 people, if you want to be ambitious.

📍 5 mins walk from Hoxton Station, 15 mins walk from Old Street and Liverpool Street Stations. Busses 26 and the 55/N55 go from almost outside the door. I also often walk into town, as it takes under an hour to get to most places in Central London.
🛒 Great access to supermarkets. There is a Tesco and a lovely corner shop opposite, and both Lidl and Aldi are under 15 minutes walk for your Big Shop needs.
💤 Because the street is residential it is suprisingly quiet, despite being just next to Shoreditch High Street, Brick Lane and Columbia Road Flower Market.
💪 Pure Gym is 2 minutes away and there are loads of rogue fitness classes about :)

💃 About me
I am 28 and I currently work at the British Museum.
I am a vegetarian, and it would be great to live with others who are more on the flexitarian side of the scale.
Generally, I'm a tidy, organised, but pretty laid back person. I'd be looking to share the space with others who want to mix, but also have their own social life (classic).

Rent is paid together. Continuing how my current flatmates and I have split it, the larger room is £855 and the smaller room £780.

Heating FREE! Our heat is provided by the whole block by the council.
