Hello. We have 2 double room available in our Shoreditch flat. The new tenancy will begin on the 16th of May. Looking for girls - no couples sorry.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Brick Lane & Columbia road flower market, and 7 min walk from Shoreditch high street overground and 10 min walk to Bethnal Green tube.

📌RENT

Rent for room 1 is £1090 a month + £100 bills, room 2 is £1065 a month + £100 bills (this includes council tax, service charge, water, WI-FI & tv license). These bills are all taken care of by the landlord for ease and to keep everything running smoothly. The housemates pay gas and electricity separately which I believe is around £30 each per month on average.

- 12 month contract, one months rent as deposit
