Cosy flat in the heart of trendy Shoreditch, Zone 1, Central London
Two bed flat for two people, partly furnished for busy professionals. No students. Bills included. Short let only. Maximum three months.
The flat: 1900 building so there are a few quirks such as the old-fashioned windows and high ceilings. The living room is a good size with sofa bed, bathroom has a shower and bath, kitchen has a handy breakfast bar - electric oven and cooker. Modern boiler. Another great feature is the roof terrace with a great view of the city. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement of this part of the building. The flat is on the fourth floor (the top) – there’s no lift I’m afraid, but you do get free exercise.
Room 2: Comfortable single bed, built-in wardrobe and fold out desk. £700 pcm.
Location is the key feature here - convenient to everything you need - close to the city, close to the bars but far enough to not hear the noise, close to several tube stations and in a safe area. Closest station is Old Street only 5 minutes away. Moorgate is around 10min. Shoreditch High Street Overground is 10 minutes and Liverpool Street is 10-15 minutes away.
This is a great place for anyone who works nearby, and is within an easy commute into Central London. Neighbours are mostly professional workers and keep themselves to themselves. The building is close to the hustle and bustle but not noisy.
