This single furnished room, in a three-room penthouse flat by Regent’s canal in N1, is a professional “Monday to Friday” let (2, 3 or 4 nights). The room is *not available at the weekends*.

It is suitable for a professional who would find the area convenient for commuting during the week but who spends weekends at home. You would be sharing the flat with two other professionals (a couple) in their early 40s.

The flat has a large lounge and long south-facing balcony, with panoramic views of the City of London. There is one shared bathroom with a bath and the room comes with sole use of an adjacent WC with a sink.

The single room has a good quality single bed with drawers below, a bedside table, wardrobe with further built in drawers, an upright upholstered chair and a small TV with Freeview. The room also has sole use of an adjacent WC with sink and storage, and there's an additional bathroom with shared bath/shower facilities.

Bathroom & kitchen finishes are all of a high standard and the flat has all usual mod cons including a new washer-dryer/dishwasher and underfloor heating. The flat has high-speed fibre broadband. Clean linen and towels are provided. The building has a lift and a secure bike storage in the basement.

The flat is a 7 mins walk from Haggerston Overground station (with easy connections to tube/DLR) and there are bus stops with buses to both Liverpool Street and Old Street within a few minutes away. Old Street is a 20-minute walk away and Dalston is 10 minutes away. Regents Canal has a number of bars, restaurants, markets and gyms close at hand and the neighbouring areas of Shoreditch and Islington offer plenty more.

Minimum term is 6 months.
