Our lovely flat-mate Liz has unfortunately decided to move away from Shoreditch on 05 April, so we are looking for a friendly person to move into her double furnished room.

The flat has three bedrooms with shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and communal garden. We are also among the lucky ones in London as we have a living room!

The rent/bills are:
Rent - £430 per calendar month
Deposit - £333
Water - £12 per month
Internet - £8 per month
Electricity and Gas - (varies) up to £40 per month
TOTAL - £500 per month maximum

We are located right in the heart of Shoreditch – so there is an amazing selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and galleries right on our doorstep.

We are totally spoilt for transport options, with a selection of tube lines within walking distance:

Shoreditch High St – 1 minute
Liverpool St – 10 minutes
Old St – 12 minutes
Aldgate East -12 minutes
There are too many bus options to list!

Current flatmates are myself (Shane) and Lucie. Lucie is a French graphic designer who enjoys travel and photography. I enjoy film, gym and art exhibitions.

We are hoping to find someone who is considerate, friendly and also enjoys their own space.
