Shoreditch warehouse conversion apartment

We are 2 professionals housemate looking for a friendly, chilled out, CLEAN and similarly-minded one who is looking for a place to call home.



Our current flatmate has a new job aboard, so we are looking for a new flat mate to move in April (14th but can be earlier-very flexible)! 



HOUSEMATES: 

Two 27/28 year-old consultant/media professionals (1 girl, 1 boy) who are very clean and tidy, friendly and fun to be around. We're chilled out and enjoy socialising, exercising, music, arts and culture, films and food, generally having a good time.



ROOM:

Double bedroom, half-furnished (wardrobe in), you will need to provide own bed. Exposed brick walls and very large double glazed window.



APARTMENT:

This is a newly refurbished apartment in a converted warehouse. Has huge windows, hardwood floors and exposed brick walls throughout the property. Living room and kitchen fully furnished to a high standard - chic and comfortable. One good sized shared modern bathroom with shower and bath (we are extremely tidy and have a cleaner in every other week). You have to see the place to really appreciate it!
Bills are £110/month (council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband...)



LOCATION:

Apart from us, the location is one of the best things. We are right in the middle of Shoreditch, opposite the Ace Hotel but hidden away enough to block the madness that is Friday and Saturday nights. We are close to Shoreditch House also, which is always a great place to hang out; close to Shoreditch Overground, Old St and Liverpool St so transportation is not a problem.
