My flatmates are moving for works reasons and I’m looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom flat situated in silvertown just 4 minutes from west silvertown station and 10 from royal victoria station (both just 1 stop from canning town station). The room is really nice, and you have the chance to change in 2 single bed or a double bed. You’ll have your own bathroom and we gonna share kitchen and living room. Park park in garage, security 24h, private balcony. I’m chef so I’ll work all day but I’ll be happy to spent time together if you’d like to do.
Also we have fast internet and really nice neghboor. It’s lovely to live here for the quiet of this place.
My Flatmates will move on 15 December.
Deposit will be 500 and the rent is 750 monthly plus bill to share (around 70 monthly )
