The Room:

A spacious and modern en-suite room in the newly developed Royal Wharf community is available for rent starting from March 7th (with flexible dates). The room comes with a floor to ceiling window and fully furnished with a large inbuilt wardrobe, a comfortable double bed with mattress, bedside tables, floor lamp, and a computer desk with chair. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a temperature-controlled rain shower head. This room also includes high-speed 150Mb fiber optic broadband and all other bills in the rent.

The Apartment:

This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the highest floor of the building and has a spacious open plan living room with a dining and lounge area. The kitchen is open plan and features Bosch and Siemens appliances. It also has a washer dryer and Dyson cleaning appliances.

The Neighbourhood:

Royal Wharf is a safe, quiet and friendly neighbourhood situated on the riverside. There is a private 24-hour security patrolling on-site as well as a 24-hour concierge with a post room service, so your parcels don't ever go missing! You'll have access to the free on-site gym and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and weights, cardio equipment.

On-site, you'll find a variety of amenities, such as a nail and hair salon, post office, pharmacy, dry cleaner, dentist, aesthetics clinic, and GP clinic. There are also bars, restaurants, bubble tea shops, cafes including Starbucks, as well as a Sainsbury's store, and an Asian supermarket. The nearby Thames Barriers Park is only a 4-minute walk away, and the area offers easy access to Stratford, Canary Wharf, and central London.
