Hey! I’m looking for a clean, respectful flatmate to sublet a spacious double room in my lovely flat based in Silvertown (Royal Wharf area).

The flat is surrounded by greenery and right by the Thames, so it’s a really peaceful, scenic area, perfect if you like calm vibes but still want easy access to central London.

About the room & flat:
• Bright double bedroom (furnished with bed + desk)
• Shared living room and fully equipped kitchen
• Main bathroom is mainly for you + guests
• Modern apartment in a quiet, well-kept building
• Great transport links nearby (DLR, easy access to Canary Wharf & Central London)

A bit about me:
I work from home in the beauty industry and I’m set up in the living room during the day. I’m quite introverted and generally keep to myself, but I do enjoy the occasional movie night or chilled evening. In my free time, I like going to the gym or just relaxing and recharging; overall I keep a calm, quiet home environment.

Looking for:
Someone clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Ideally you’d have a hybrid schedule, but I’m open to fully remote or office-based as long as we’re mindful of each other’s space.
