- Real tidiness AND cleanliness. No clutter left In shared spaces or dishes / food left in sink. It’s a type A organised clean flat
- Joined cleaning rota for shared responsibilities / buying flat necessities
- Clean up throughout the day, as you go, not just at the end of the day
- Quiet small flat
- Sleeping during the day sometimes for night shifts !!
- Making a home together, dinner, movies, coffee and celebrate birthdays together !!
- Adding cute trinkets to the decor (jellycats, sonny angels, art, FRESH FLOWERS 🌺)
- Preferably single girlie

My usual routine is currently an early bird, awake for work around 6am-7am, in bed by 9pm/10pm. Working 5-6 days a week so are out of the flat a lot! Would be nice to find someone similar.

Semi-work from home is fine if you are respectful of shared spaces + night shift rotas !
