The walls are painted white with blackout blinds on the windows, hardwearing floors with heating and double glazing.
Furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, chair, leather headboard. TV has been installed to view on a 32 inch for Netflix etc

There is a communal dining area and a shared separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer machine, microwave oven, cooker and oven, fridge.

Good size bathroom with bath and shower, which you will share.

£200 i is the full deposit. The rent is payable in advance on the day before you move in.
