This gorgeous double room within my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with roof access, is nestled right in the heart of Soho, on the world famous Old Compton street, offering up all of the culture that Soho and the neighbouring Covent Garden/Mayfair, have to offer. Although the apartment boasts arguably one of the best locations in London, it is not at the sacrifice of peace and tranquillity, as a lot of the flat, and the room in question, face out onto a small back facing courtyard. The whole flat is also fitted with noise cancelling shutters to ensure a good night's sleep.

Should sunning yourself in Soho square, which is conveniently around the corner, in the summer months not appeal, the apartment also has roof access, perfect for drinks in the summer or watching the local firework displays in the winter.

Equidistant from Tottenham court road and Piccadilly circus tube stations, the transport links are phenomenal and ideal for a working professional who doesn't necessarily work in Soho.

As a working professional myself, I definitely like to come home and relax with a glass and wine and it would be great to find a like-minded flat mate to share this wonderful flat, and maybe a few drinks, with.

I do enjoy my privacy very much, so in the interest of full disclosure, I wouldn't necessarily be looking for someone who would want to throw parties every weekend and have their friends and partners over all the time, but equally, I would want someone outgoing, fun, light-hearted, that doesn't take life too seriously.
