Room in Bright Soho Flat

I'm moving out of my room in our bright and spacious flat in Soho. Apart from the room, there is also storage space in the cupboard in the kitchen. The flat is a 3br with living room, kitchen and patio.

The room is quiet as it’s on the inside of the building.

How it works:
We have our current contract till October 11th. We can change the names of the tenants on the lease for the remained of the current contract. If you like the place, you have the option to renew the contract.
You'll go through the referencing process with the landlords and if you pass, they will change the names on the lease.
The only requirement is to have a permanent contract (the salary requirements for the referencing are fulfilled by the other two flatmates).

Other things to note:
- 900pcm doesn’t include bills.
- Council tax is 54 pcm (Band G; Westminster council).
- We have high speed wifi (200 Mbps) (20-30pcm)
- Elec and Gas is 50-80 a month

About the other flat mates:
You’ll be living with 2 males (23-25 yo / British and Slovakian). Both are professionals and are chill and very considerate. The flat is quiet and clean. They, however, don’t mind if someone hosts their friends at the flat for dinner / parties.
