Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my large double room in a friendly student flat. The room has loads of storage and a sofa. There is a balcony downstairs, and heating is free of charge.
You would be living with three other flatmates, Billy, Ivanna and Alice. They are all music students, and we love hanging out in the kitchen, having meals together (Billy and Alice are vegan!) and we enjoy going out dancing together if that’s your thing. Although we always respect each other’s personal space. We are all very LGBTQ+ friendly.
The flat is super central, right by Mornington Crescent station, in a really safe and quiet location.
The tenancy runs until August. It’s a tenancy takeover, not a sublet, however a short term sublet could be arranged if needed. Available from the 11th April! (Better photos coming soon!)
