My flatmate is moving back to the US so I’m looking for a friendly and sociable 20-something professional to take over the last month of her tenancy from May - June and then sign a new lease with me in June and make our flat a home!

My name's Libby, I’m 27 and work Monday - Friday as a Visual Merchandiser.
I am a creative and sociable person
who likes to cook, craft and read. I love going to the cinema, trying out new restaurants and having a few glasses of wine in the pub as much as I love a cosy night in on the couch with a movie, reality show or true crime documentary. I consider myself a chilled, clean, tidy and respectful person.
I have a lovely boyfriend who generally stays over a few nights a week.

📍 Location
The flat is a bright, 2 bed, 1 bath on the first floor. The street is extremely quiet and has permitted parking during the week if required and free parking on the weekend for guests. The surrounding neighbours are friendly and quiet.

* Acton Town (15 minute walk): District and Piccadilly.
* The bus stop at the end of the road takes you to Hammersmith, Chiswick and Shepards Bush.

Double room which can come unfurnished or fully furniture for a fee.

I was an interior designer before I found myself in my current role so aesthetic is important to me. I have a minimal, Scandinavian style but I want whoever moves in to feel at home and bring their personality into the communal areas. We will have a cosy lounge for those chill days and nights in and a kitchen with a dining table so plenty of space for cooking and hosting, as well as the odd creative activity!
