Private room and bathroom in flat share

Hi, my name is Cristina and I am looking for a flatmate. I am 20 years old and just finished my second year studying PPE at King’s College London.
The apartment is very well located, 5 min away from the Tate Modern and from Waterloo and Southwark Station, right at the Southbank. It is a third floor (with elevator). It has an ample balcony, accessible from the living room, and two rooms and two bathrooms. Your bedroom has a double bed and you’d have your private bathroom, with plenty of space, right next to your room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I am looking for a student ideally (although I am open to other possibilities), someone nice and tidy that knows how to live well with others. I will respect your space, friends, etc. and will always be friendly with you, and I expect the same from you. Let me know if you are interested! ☺️
