Amazing Location- Double Bedroom For Rent

Hello 👋, one of our flatmates is sadly leaving us to go on adventures in the states so we have a spare room available anytime from 28th June.
You’ll be living with myself, a nurse, and one other (currently a lawyer but she is also having to leave soon ,so whoever takes this room can help me look for the new flatmate!)

I’m looking for a professional, ideally, but open to mature students.
I want a flatmate to socialise with and be friends but also respectful of own space when needed.
The room is a moderately sized double with an amazing amount of storage covering the whole side of one wall!
The flat comes with a 55’ TV (I know…lockdown decisions.. haha) and Netflix, Disney +…etc.
The flat is super nice and cosy but that means it’s important to keep it clean when we can.
Rent is £710 per month + around &100 for bills (for the area this is such a steal!)
We are located just 3 mins walk to south bank where there is so much to do! The oxo tower and Gabriel’s warf are two of my favourites. You can also walk to Covent Garden in about 15mins- can’t ask for a better location in central London!
The landlord is super nice and we’ve just had lots of repairs done including a brand new fridge with a water dispenser (my favourite thing!!)
