I’m looking to move out of my current flat to somewhere closer to work. It’s such a good deal: spacious and close to everything!
The tenancy ends in October but you will have an opportunity to renew it with the current flatmates, or if they choose to leave, you can find other flatmates and continue the tenancy (I did this last year).
You will need full time employment or a UK based guarantor if you’re a student as I want to leave the contract.
The toilet is also separated from the bathroom, so there’s never been a problem with sharing!
Bills usually amount to £100 but I’d say £100-150 is a good amount to have additionally to rent.
