The Space: It’s a fantastic studio with windows on three sides.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer.

Building Amenities: You get access to a free on-site gym, study rooms, and a sky garden.

Services: 24/7 security, a helpful reception that collects all your parcels, and free bi-weekly room cleaning! They also run occasional social events for residents. Free room cleaning every two weeks.

Transport & Commute:

Tube: Just a 5-minute walk to Southwark station (Jubilee line).

Trains: 15-minute walk to major hubs like Waterloo, Blackfriars, and London Bridge.

Universities: Super convenient for students! 15 mins walk to KCL Waterloo, 20 mins walk to KCL/LSE Strand campuses, and a 25-minute bus ride to UCL.

Culture & Fun: A 5-minute walk to the Tate Modern, and very close to the BFI, National Theatre, and Borough Market.

Groceries: M&S, Tesco, and Sainsbury's are quite literally downstairs. Waitrose and Tian Tian Chinese Supermarket are just a 10-minute walk away.

Food: Endless Deliveroo/UberEats options, plus lots of great restaurants around (there’s a brilliant Chinese rice noodle spot right opposite!).

Looking For: Ideally, I’m looking for a single occupant who is clean, tidy, and will treat the space with respect.
