Cosy zone 1 flat share in Waterloo!

Smaller room (£610)

Helloo! We've two rooms going in our cosy flat on a private estate in very very central london :) If you're interested - please send over a message with 1) a bit about yourself, and 2) how long you're after staying.

The Flat:
It's a little ex-council flat on a private estate just by lower marsh/ the old vic. The flat is pretty basic (i. e., no living room), but we keep it clean + cosy, and it has most other stuff you need: new boiler, gas hobs, oven, washer and dryer, air fryer, electric heated shower. We've also a thermostat so it never gets cold and (touch wood) no issues with black mould, pests or any of the like. Our landlord is super responsive and issues with the house have always been fixed quickly. Regarding access: we're up two flights of stairs (no lift sadly).

The Room:
Both rooms come with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. One goes for £635, and the other for £610. You can also request other things from the landlord like a desk shelves etc - they're pretty flexible.

Who you'll share with:
Sadly as both my lovely housemates are moving on (one to buy a house, and one to move in with a partner) it's just me (Becky) from April. I'm a 31 yo, queer ecologist - I love hiking and the outdoors, indie music and theatre, and spending time with my friends :). If you're keen, I can share my old housemate's numbers with you so you can check I'm not a nightmare lol

What I'm after:
Mostly people who are clean and easygoing (: I'm a pretty social person so would love it to feel friendly at home. I ocassionally have one or two people over and ofc you're welcome to the same but sadly we can't really have big parties/ afters because of the size of the gaffe and lots of neighbours.

The location:
It's absolutely mental lmao - we're about a 7 minute walk to the tube platforms at waterloo, 10 mins to the millenium wheel, 5 mins to Leake Street/ Lower Marsh/ Southbank where there's tonnes of cool stuff going on (theatres/ pubs/ resturants/ galleries/ farmers market)! There's a little park over the road, Tescos, Sainsburys, Co-op, and Iceland all within a couple minutes. Living here has made London feel walkable (20 mins to leicester square, 15 mins to london bridge, 20 mins to westminster)- it's so sick I feel like I'm in Love Actually every day.

Money and Moving:
So the bigger room is £635 and the smaller room is £610
We split bills three ways, usually £75-100 per month each (includes £50.66 council tax + water, internet, electricity)
Deposit is £535

Move in would be any time from April 10th, but rent would need to be covered from May 1st
