Great location just off The Cut, 2 mins from Southwark station and 5 from Waterloo. Quiet road with no traffic. A very large, sunny garden shared with other flats. Shops, pubs and restaurants within a few metres. 15 mins walk to Covent Garden.

The flat has been completely refurbished and one of the two bedrooms is available now. It has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe with hanging, shelves and drawers. There is also a lounge-diner, new kitchen, new shower-room and study. It is fully furnished including linen and towels. A washing machine is integrated in the kitchen and a dryer in the cupboards in the study.

The flat has wooden floors and is fully heated. Wifi throughout and Skytv with sports in the lounge. It has secure access at the main entrance and is situated on the fourth floor.

There is just one male flatmate (22) who finishes a Masters in June but will stay to start work in central London. There is space in the study to work from home if needed. The flat is kept clean and tidy so a similarly minded person is sought. Ideally some common interests and sharing cooking may make this more a home than a place to sleep. The building is generally quiet but friendly.
