Hi, my name is Extreme and I am currently a 2nd year Computer science student at KCL living in a shared flat with 2 of my other friends within central Waterloo. I am actively looking for someone to take over my current ongoing tenancy contract that I have from the 09/06/2026 - 09/09/2026.

The room available is a single refurbished room within a 3-bedroom flat situated directly behind 'The Cut' infamous for the numerous restaurants and amenities. The flat has close links to famous landmarks such as the National Theatre and is less than a 5 mins walk to Southwark or Waterloo Station, which makes it an ideal location for students and professionals.

The current 2 flatmates are also my fellow students, and they are both friendly and respectful people, who want to share new experiences with their new flatmate or are equally just as happy to enjoy a peaceful flat-share with respect for space and good communication.
