We are a family of three looking for a housemate to replace our current housemate who is leaving at the end of the month to move to East London for work. We have a 5 month old baby boy (who is very calm, content and quite quiet). And 6 year old who stays every other weekend. We are looking for someone who would like to live with a family but also has their own space and privacy of their room. We have a large garden which is a bonus, space to store a bike out the back. Monthly cost is £650 pcm all bills and wifi included. On street parking.
The room is south facing includes bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk if required. House has bathroom and second down stairs toilet. Washing machine included.
Room available 1st February.
Good transport links into central London - Piccadilly line 10 min walk South Ealing station, Central and District line Ealing broadway 20 mins walk 10 mins by bus. Brentford mainline station 15 minute walk trains into Waterloo and Weybridge.
Gunnersbury park 15 walk, Richmond park 20 minute bus ride. Many local shops including a great buthcher.
