Now that our son is at uni - we are renting out our light filled loft bed room and exclusive use of the ensuite bathroom in our family home.

Our home is 3 mins walk from South Ealing and Northfields tube stations and a 10 min bus journey from Ealing Broadway. We are surrounded by beautiful parks and cafes and Ealing Broadway has a new cinema, restaurants and gyms.

The bedroom has a dark wood double bed, wardrobe, shelves TV and mini-fridge.

The ensuite bathroom is roomy and tastefully decorated and includes a blue tooth mirror, power shower, chrome radiator, and sink basin and toilet with wooden furnishings and extensive storage space.

Access to the rooms is through the house but you have your own flight of stairs so complete privacy between the bedroom and bathroom.

Both rooms have lovely views over the rooftops and gardens of South Ealing.

You will also have access to our beautiful kitchen and dining area and washing machine and dishwasher and bijou garden.

We are a friendly family of three (mum, dad and daughter) with the most wonderful dog (who will want to love you) and exquisite Russian blue cat ( who will hide most of the time). We work in human rights and in the music/tech sector.

Perfect for a student or young professional that would like privacy and independence in a family setting in a fabulous neighbourhood and transport links on their doorstep.
